60 Minutes
Your first session is an intake assessment, where we’ll explore your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This session helps me understand your unique needs so we can create a personalized plan for your care. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
30, 45, or 55 minutes
Each session provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work through challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward your personal goals for healing and growth.
55 minutes
Family sessions create a space for open communication, understanding, and healing within relationships. Together, we’ll address challenges, strengthen connections, and build healthier ways of supporting one another.
Attachment and Relational Trauma
Sometimes early or past relationships can leave lasting emotional pain. In therapy, we work on healing those wounds and learning healthier ways to connect with the people in your life.
Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Life Transitions
Life can feel overwhelming at times. In therapy, we work together to manage stress and anxiety, improve mood, and navigate life changes with more confidence and balance.
Self-Esteem and Identity Issues
Struggling with self-worth or understanding who you are can be challenging. In therapy, we explore your strengths, build confidence, and help you connect with your authentic self.
Acute and Prolonged Trauma
Traumatic experiences, whether recent or long-lasting, can impact your emotions, relationships, and daily life. In therapy, we work to process these experiences, reduce their impact, and support your healing and resilience.

Self-pay
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Insurance
We currently accept Aetna and BlueCross and BlueShield/Care First. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Do I have a co-payment? If so, how much is it?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
